    Set your own skintrack

When you'd rather escape the crowds and cut your own skintrack, load up the Arva Freerando 28 Backpack and head to those far-flung backcountry zones. Blending Arva's freeride shape with it's more rando-focused designs, the Freerando blends the best features from both worlds. The freeride design puts the pack next to your back through adjustable shoulder straps and an anatomical hip belt that keeps the pack close in order to keep your balance in check. The large main compartment carries everything you need or a full-day in the backcountry, while a quick-access shovel and probe pocket makes accessing these tool in the event of an emergency quick and easy. The Freerando will carry skis when you need to boot up the last bit of rock and snow to the summit. Throw you go-to hydration system in the hydration bladder sleeve and bring along an ice axe when the mountain and snowpack require it.

How do you attach a snowboard to this pack? I found a strap on the upper part of the pack that I imagine is for a snowboard attachment (though it is very thin and I question its ability to support a board), but I'm not able to find a strap on the lower part of the pack to strap a board to.
