    Warm for how thin

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Ordered a size large and was true to size.

I needed a glove that allowed dexterity for taking photos this winter, but would also keep me warm. When purchasing I did not realize how thin these gloves were. It is an elastic fit, but in no way restricting. The merino wool is quick dry and easily shakes off any dirt or snow. I did not expect these to maintain heat so well for how thin they are. Taking photos in southern utah in winter proved no challenge, and they kept me surprisingly warm. These would be excellent as a ski liner, or liner in general for any activities, and great for casual winter use in the city or outdoors.

They are mostly touch screen compatible, my phone usually opens just fine, just sometimes it takes a few tries. On the index and thumb there are little plastic like grips that could be better implemented, they just do not seem as a part of the glove as they could be, but still work fine.

Only downside would be that with smooth things like a phone, or even a steering wheel, there is little to no grip. I do not notice it with most items being held, but I feel like my phone slips right out of my hand. For basic use they are great, but if you are on your phone a lot, and do not have a case, or you are holding slick metal materials, they will not be the best. But for casual outdoor use, for a glove with dexterity, or for liners on a winter day. They will perform great.

The fit is true to size, they run up past the wrist as seen in the photo.
