A puffy jacket for your hands.

The Arc'teryx Atom Glove Liner doubles as a standalone glove during cold and clear days, but can also be layered under a waterproof shell when the weather takes a turn for the worse. Basically, the Atom is a lightweight puffy jacket for your hands; it's made with DWR-treated nylon fabric and insulated with a combination of PrimaLoft Gold and Silver synthetic fibers. Inside, a draft tube wraps around the wrist to help trap heat, while a soft polyester fleece lining boosts the overall warmth of the glove.

    Arc'Teryx Atom Glove Liner

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

Ordered these at the same time as the Beta Glove (XS), intending to use them for ice climbing. I have fairly small hands (my Hestra Heli mittens are size 8). Both these and the Beta Glove fit my hand fine but were just a little too short in the fingers. Also, it felt like the fingers of the glove were spread too wide and it was uncomfortable. Ended up with women's Venta Glove which I could use as liners in the Hestra mittens. I used Arc'Teryx Gothic Gloves with a pair of North Face ski gloves for climbing and belaying.
