missed opportunity

Just a few first impressions : - Not sure that the "Internal waistband ensures a secure fit" it is to narrow and flimszy - feels like you gonna loose pats any minute :-) would be an improvement to fit a proper waist band or an even better still to fit some belt lops IMHO. - Not sure that no pokiest is a good thing also. - Knees are a bit over articulated for my taste you look like you are about to have a poo -3/4-length WaterTight lower leg zippers kinda useless as it has only one zip lock should have 3 so you can just the size and a position of the vent.

These pants are great. Super waterproof and surprisingly durable for how light they are. I was pleasantly surprised at how much movement they allowed for, it's always nice not to have a restricting piece of gear for the adventures!

I love these new Arc'teryx Zeta SL Waterproof pants! The fit is nothing short of perfect, the articulated knees and perfect length inseam make them ideal for hiking and long approaches when the weather takes a turn for the worst. They have a mid-thigh zipper that makes them easy to slip on and off over boots and multiple layers. With the Zeta SL jacket and pant being so light and pack-able, this is my ideal setup that I plan to take on any adventure when the weather is suspect at a moments notice. I'm 5'11 - 175 lbs with a 32 inch inseam. I went with a size Medium. Not too snug in the waist, especially with multiple layers. It has just the right inseam length to not be dragging on my heels but give you all the coverage you need for all day use. Highly Recommended! A great pant to have in the spring arsenal! They pack small , easy to throw on in case some rain or snow comes. Though they are thin and pack able they are of the quality that Arc Teryx always produces. The boot zips were nice as I also used these as a ski hardshell. The built in belt/ waist adjustment was great.
