Ravenna Pant

Gear up for a day on the slopes with your favorite shell and the Arc'teryx Ravenna Pant. The soft and supple material offers a 4-way stretch to make them feel more like a softshell pant than a Gore-Tex shell, but don't let that fool you. Even though they are soft and stretchy, the Ravenna is still totally weatherproof thanks to the Gore-Tex membrane. You'll be able to bend, stretch, and carve beautiful turns without getting cold and wet.

As the trimmest pant in the Arc'teryx ski and snowboard line up, the Ravenna offers a feminine cut and clean lines. The flannel backer provides a light warmth so you can ditch those bulky layers you would usually wear underneath. Even the waist is streamlined with internal adjusters and an integrated webbing belt that keeps everything clean and simple.

To keep you prepared and ready for anything the resort can throw at you, the Ravenna is constructed with some necessary features. For example, when you're really in the zone and working up a sweat, unzip the mesh lined side vents to dump heat without allowing any of that fresh powder you're plowing through to enter the pants. To keep the Ravenna's in top shape through many wears, the Keprotec instep patches protect against damage from your boots or ski edges. A highly durable Cordura PowderCuff enhances the longevity of the pant legs and also prevents snow from creeping up onto your legs so you can stay warm no matter the snow conditions you find yourself in.

I got these in the pink and the color is fantastic. They’re on the heavier side of a shell pant. They definitely run small compared to other Arcteryx pants I own. I have the Ravenna jacket too (which also ran small on me) I would definitely agree with other reviews that they’re a slim fit. The adjustable waist is sleek because it’s on the inside. I highly recommend these high quality pants, just size up.

I have the Ravenna jacket and love it so I assumed I'd love these pants equally. I liked the fit and feel of the pants, unfortunately, the leg/gaiter just barely fit over my boot and that wasn't even with my battery pack attached for my boot warmers. If they had adjustable leg openings (zippers/snaps), I would've kept them, but they're going back.

I loved the material and the amount of insulation, I had originally bought the Kakeela's and they were way too warm for my liking so I returned them for these. I am a size 6 or medium in Arc'teryx, but these were too snug to ski comfortably and sadly had to be returned.

So Sad these didnt work :( Sounds like a lot of people have had this problem so hopefully Arc'teryx fixes the sizing for future models! Your Gearhead, Brittni

I bought these pants for a last minute skinning trip in the spring when the weather was warm and sunny. Last minute purchases often don't end well but this one turned out amazing. Without long underwear underneath, the pants are comfortable and do a great job of blocking wind. With long underwear, you can wear them even on the coldest of days. They do have vents on the side of the legs for ventilation when you're working hard. These are definitely trim fit. They aren't tight at all and have a give in the fabric so they don't restrict movement. I'd call them "fitted." And compared to many Arcteryx pants, these really do fit well. I typically don't buy Arcteryx because of the fit. I find them generally pretty baggy and shapeless. These aren't at all. In fact, most of my friends are shocked to learn that they are Arcteryx given how they fit. They also have waist adjusting tabs on the inside which help make sure the waist fits perfectly. They are high enough on the waist that you won't get snow in them if you wipe out but not so high as to be uncomfortable. I have them in the Pink Tulip color which is bright but not fluorescent. Kind of a pink/red color. Shows up great in pictures and is just a fun color to wear.
