    Pemberton Pant

Heavily influenced by Arc'teryx's technical climbing apparel, the Men's Pemberton Pants are designed for climbing, while still maintaining a relaxed, casual style. They're made from a tough lightweight canvas that blends the comfort of cotton with the rugged technical performance of nylon, making these pants right at home from crag to work shop. Intricately patterned to move with the body, these pants have articulation in the knees and seat and a gusseted crotch for unrestricted mobility. And while it’s focused on climbing, this ergonomic freedom also delivers elevated comfort during down days off the rock.

    • Stretchy cotton blend
    • Gusseted crotch
    • Articulated knees
    • Regular fit
    • Adjustable hem drawcord

Excellent pants, but no length options

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Height: 5'9"
    • Weight: 180lbs

These have been put in the rotation with my prana pants for sport and trad, and I've been enjoying them immensely. However, the big draw back for me is the lack of options for length. I know I don't quite fit the arch typical body type of most climbers, and ordering these pants to fit my waist put them almost two inches too long. All in all, not a huge deal since these are excellent pants, and I plan on having them hemmed for length. They've probably seen 30 pitches since I've bought them, and there's no visible wear. They move well, and the integrated belt is comfortable and stretchy while still being useful and unobtrusive under a harness. All in all, if your willing to shell out the cash for a tailor, or you fit arcteryx's idea of a climber, then these are for you!

    My Favorite Climbing Pants!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: 34
    • Height: 6'1"
    • Weight: 180lbs

These are a great climbing pant. They do not restrict your movement at all! The gusset is perfect and the length is nice. If you want them long you can, and if you want them shorter they are really easy to cuff or use the draw cord around the ankle. They have great breathability..... You won't get all sweaty on the wall or the approach to climb.. and you can also where them in the gym and not over heat. This is my 2nd pair! Highly recommend these pants!

    Not durable.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: 32
    • Height: 5'10"
    • Weight: 170lbs

These pants look good, are comfortable, and fit me well. But I put a hole in the knee after just a few days of use climbing in them outside. Not from thrutching in an offwidth or anything - just from face climbing at Eldo. In contrast, I've had several pairs of Palisade pants from Arc'teryx that last a whole season. I'm disappointed in the durability for a $109 pair of pants advertised as "tough."

    Great pants

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: 36
    • Height: 6'1"
    • Weight: 200lbs

    Fit:
Fit just as expected. They also have a built in "belt" system.

    Looks:
These pants look awesome. They have a baggier fit which is just my style.

    Function:
I use these primarily for rock climbing and they have performed well. The pants have enough stretch to avoid being torn by my thunder thighs. The pants do not require a belt which is required when you are planning to put a harness on. The draw cord on the legs is perfect for climbing, and making sure you don't destroy these expensive pants by walking on them.

    Rating:
I gave them 4 stars, because for climbing I would rather have my Prana stretch zion. They have that much more stretch than these.

Overall I definitely recommend. I own two pairs now.

    Lightweight and comfy

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
    • Fit: True to size

I gave these pants as a gift but here is what they had to say about them. "These pants move well while climbing but also look sharp for dinner. They're noticeably lightweight, which is nice for the summer, I haven't had them for a winter yet. As a bonus, they look great too! I've been asked on 4 dates just because of these pants!"

    Almost Perfect

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: 30
    • Height: 5'11"
    • Weight: 140lbs

Aside from the lack of ankle cinches and deeper pockets these pants are perfect. They fit me a little slimmer than the Psiphon in 30 and the fabric feels about the same. Color is awesome. I liked these a bit more than the Psiphon despite the lower price.
