    Favorite shirt

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 5'11"
    • Weight: 180lbs

Bought this for my husband and it is now his favorite flannel shirt. We did have to return it and get a larger size.

    Amazing Flannel

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: XXL
    • Height: 6'7"
    • Weight: 250lbs

This is my second Gryson shirt and I chose the Optic color. The older Blue Triton is still my favorite color but I really like the Optic too. It's form fitting for long arms, broad shoulders and narrow torso. Doesn't fit like a tent, fits like a tailored shirt for tall, slim people like me. The material washes easily and doesn't need ironing. I get lots of compliments when wearing it. It's a plush and warm flannel perfect for cool days and evenings without a jacket.

    Arc'teryx Gryson Long-Sleeve

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 5'11"
    • Weight: 175lbs

My new favorite shirt.. fits well & quality materials. As one of the reviewers mentioned below buttons are not exposed. I do like the look, it does look cleaner.

    Great Flannel

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 6'3"
    • Weight: 175lbs

Finally a flannel that doesn't fit like a tent. Works for my long torso and long arms. Fabric is soft and durable. One of my favorite shirts.

    Great Flannel

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
    • Fit: Runs large
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 5'10"
    • Weight: 160lbs

I got this for my brother for his birthday. Only issue was it was too large in the shoulders... He doesn't have to broadest shoulders, and going down a size would have made the shirt overall..too small.

    BEST FLANNEL

    • Size Bought: Large
    • Height: 6'2"
    • Weight: 180lbs

This is my favorite flannel by far. Not a big baggy fit and stays contoured to your body. Athletic fit. Arcteryx makes nothing but the best quality gear and this flannel is no different.

    Favorite Flannel!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 185lbs

Fits perfectly, absolutely love this shirt I bought all 3 colors haha. I feel like most flannels I've bought balloon out or just have too much mid section fabric. This hugs my body in a non-restricting, not too tight way. Very pleased with the quality.

    New Favorite Flannel

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: XXL
    • Height: 6'7"
    • Weight: 255lbs

At 6'-8" the long torso Athletic Fit is what makes it just perfect for me, along with the 30% off sale price! I purchased an XXL in Triton, a fantastic deep-rich blue flannel, it fits me perfectly because I'm tall and not fat. The 37" sleeves are just right for my long arms and the hem is well below my waist. The chest is more 46"-48" and form-fitting. The Gryson flannel is a soft, heavier-weight, cool weather overshirt. XXL moves fast so get them when you can. Purchased Nov. 2017.

Arcteryx never ceases to crush it.

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Small
    • Height: 5'11"
    • Weight: 150lbs

This is a comfy warm and stylish shirt. Arcteryx is built for more athletic slim fitting bodies which is what I am. I really like the way this looks and it makes me feel more confident for sure. The fact that it is snap buttons that are hidden is really nice and stylish as well.

    Spendy but awesome!

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 195lbs

This shirt pretty much has it all. It is stylish, warm (but not too warm), quality construction, and super comfortable. I wear it to the office, and for spending time outdoors in cooler weather. It is my go to shirt for airplane travel since it is cozy, can be stuffed into a bag easily, and the snap buttons make it super easy to take on and off. I am 6'2" 180 lbs and the Large fits just tad big, but I don't mind at all.

    A warm shirt

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs large
    • Height: 5'11"
    • Weight: 160lbs

Whether I'm camping or skiing, in the winter or fall, this shirt never leaves me disappointed. I'm constantly surprised by how warm this simple button down can keep me in any number of conditions.
The arms do fit a little long, but don't let that deter you. I would recommend this shirt to just about anyone. Unless you live in Hawaii I suppose.

    Great shirt

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Pretty much anything Arc'teryx makes is going to be good and this shirt is no exception. As per normal Arc'teryx they fit a little snug so be prepared for that.

    Great Feel

    • Fit: Runs large
    • Size Bought: small
    • Height: 5'8"
    • Weight: 140lbs

The fabric feels great but as mentioned it does run large. The small still had a bit of room left over so you could layer if needed.
I would go to REI to try the product on before ordering online.

    Great looking

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 5'10"
    • Weight: 178lbs

Great in color, pattern, cutting, etc. Very comfy. Only one weakness ----- some pilling after several washes (don't know this is normally for similarly priced products).

    My new favorite shirt

    • Size Bought: Small
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 165lbs

Everything I wear is a Medium. Ordered this in a small because all the mediums were out of stock and others say it runs large. I'm 6ft 165lbs and the shirt fits perfect. I have a 34-35 sleeve and the sleeves are great as well.

    Awesome shirt, runs big

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs large
    • Size Bought: Small
    • Height: 5'10"
    • Weight: 165lbs

This shirt is awesome and stylish, Ive had many compliments on it already. Super soft and comfortable.

It does seem to run large. I usually wear a medium in Arc'Teryx, but had to exchange this for a small.

    Awesome, cozy shirt

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs large
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 188lbs

I bought a medium and it does fit a bit large in the waist, but the shoulders, arms, and overall length are spot on for me. The material is super soft and doesn't wrinkle, and the Autobahn Aspen color is just interesting enough to let me not get caught in the sea of flannel in my office.

    Great shirt

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs large
    • Size Bought: Small
    • Height: 5'8"
    • Weight: 150lbs

I wear this shirt quite a bit around the office. The material is thick enough to keep you warm and does not require ironing. That last one is a big one for me as I hate ironing. Anyway, the fit for me is a bit big in the biceps as I'm not a big guy and am not taking anyone to the gun show anytime soon...but the length is right on. Overall quality has been solid. The shirt has been washed many times and no seams are coming apart and there is no fading. The only real issue that I might have is that the shirt looks so good that everyone in my office wears it.

    Love this shirt

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Large
    • Height: 6'3"
    • Weight: 185lbs

I love this shirt. I have the Arc'teryx Cavus, and I prefer this shirt a lot more. It is just the right thickness to be warm on a nice fall day. It fits very nicely and looks great. I've had tons of comments about how nice it looks.

What in God's name makes a flannel shirt cost $120, outside of having the name Arc'teryx on it? I love my Alpha AR, and paid a pretty penny for it, but this is highway robbery.
