It's about 51 to 60 degrees out and the wind is still cold off the snowy foothills, so this is used as a jacket over a really thin wool t shirt to walk a few miles. It's pretty, super light and the fit is flattering. I am 5'9" 147 lb and I took a M.

This jacket is very warm and lightweight. I purchased a size up to layer underneath. Quality material yet, not very breathable and can warm up pretty fast. Not very fitted but very comfortable!

This jacket is a go-to on chilly summer camping trips and an great base layer due to its then yet warm composition. My one downside is that it is not the most breathable layer. When you start heating up you can feel it getting trapped. When used as a base layer on those colder days and nights it is not an issue and keeps you cozy as your layer to keep on. Very stretchable, a little on the short side but the arms are plenty long. Very packable. Zippers can be tricky, especially when wearing gloves as they are smaller, but stays zipped. I have the hooded version which is PERFECT for wearing under a climbing helmet. Basically I take this guy with me everywhere - good for all seasons just with more or less layers.

I bought this jacket in 2016 and 2017 for my mother as a gift. She is still a huge fan of the jacket and will most likely buy another in 2018 if they are still being made. Great overall jacket.

I am completely dedicated to Arcteryx tops and jackets (I haven't shopped alot of the pants). The sleeves are nice and long, the construction and materials are quality, and the products last forever. I am 5'9" and usually a size 8, and will wear M or L tops depending on the brand. I also wear both sizes of Arcteryx depending on the item. I bought a Medium in this jacket and it is perfect-sized with a little room to spare (not fitted, but slightly drapey), and extremely lightweight and warm. I would suggest sizing down if you are between sizes and want to wear this jacket really fitted. I am finding myself 'living' in this jacket during the So CA (coastal) winter. This is not your typical fleece jacket, it feels more like a fleeced thermal shirt.

I got this as a gift for my mother and she loved it. She is a very petit and barely 5-foot tall lady, and the XS fit her perfectly. She really loved the more tailored fit and how it slightly hugged her body allowing for a much better look and more comfortable layering.

"This is a great jacket that I wear a lot for just around the town errands. It is plenty warm but not overly heavy making it perfect for driving but great also to wear under another layer when needed for warmth. The fabric is smooth and seems like a better quality than other fleeces I have owned which I feel justifies the slightly higher price point. This is my favorite lightweight jacket which will take me from spring to fall and even many warmer New England winter days. "

I gave this jacket to my Mother as a gift. She wears it all the time, in warm or cold weather. The material is soft and the stitching is very fine and the material has a bit of stretch. She claims it is very comfortable.

I bought this item as a gift for my wife, and she absolutely loves the fleece. She uses it layered under an Arc'Teryx jacket when we ski and she's never had a day cold enough to make her feel it, so long as she's had this on. Value The fleece is definitely expensive, but it's worth it. When you consider how much use you can get out of the fleece both skiing and wearing it around town, it's an incredible value. Considering a Denali fleece will run you just as much or more, this is a deal. Fit The fleece fits quite well. The cut is great for my wife (hour glass shape) and the sleeves are a little longer, which is great for skiing and just cold weather in general. Quality These guys make high quality gear. I've never had an issue with Arc'Teryx, and everything they make lasts a long time.
