    Heavy-hitting heat.

As the warmest fleece in the Arc'teryx lineup, the Women's Arenite Fleece Jacket piles on the heat when things start to get cold. Designed to be worn either on its own or layered under a shell, the Arenite has a regular fit that sits close to the body, is gusseted at the sleeves to keep your arms mobile, and eliminates needless bulk to make the jacket more comfortable when worn beneath a shell. The tall collar is fitted with a soft chin guard for added protection from cold, abrasive winds. Although simple by design, the Arenite does have two zippered hand pockets to give you a spot to stash any gear or snacks you might want to keep close at hand.

I love this jacket - it's a slim cut with long arms and substantial pockets - what more could you want?

It's very warm, and layers easily with both larger and smaller layers. It's substantial enough for outdoor activities, but the smooth finish means it's classy looking too! This is hands-down the softest and most flattering fleece I've ever owned.

I do have some minor issues with the zipper being a bit sticky at the top, but I think that's because I wear the collar turned down so often it's become bent.
