Everyday skier.

Skiing at the resort often means racing from trail to trail, working up a sweat, and then sitting on a cold, long chairlift ride back up to the top. Combat the repeated sweaty-hands to frozen-mitts problem with the Arc’teryx Anertia Gore-Tex Glove with built-in breathable, waterproof protection.

The Gore-Tex insert is surrounded by a softshell outer that helps to boost your hand’s dexterity without compromising protection against scraps against rocks, trees, or old, bumpy handrails. Insulation strategically placed throughout the glove also keeps articulation in mind. The heavier synthetic is placed over the part most exposed to the elements on the back of the hand and denser, more compressed synthetic in used in the fingers and palms. For grip and increased durability, the palms and fingers feature leather reinforcements and internal tape that helps to prevent slipping between layers.

  • Lightly insulated glove for resort skiing and snowboarding
  • Waterproof, breathable protection for warm, dry hands
  • Flexible softshell enhances dexterity
  • Leather reinforcements add better grip to poles
  • Adjustable, elastic cuff layers underneath sleeves
  • Removable wrist leashes keep gloves on hand
  • Clip together and hang dry with attached webbing loop
  • Item #ARC00QE

Good glove for cold Spring Skiing Day

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Used the gloves on a cold late March Spring skiing day. Good glove as kept hands warm but not over heated. Runs true to size. Good product.

Perfect glove for not so cold days

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I personally hate a bulky glove and these worked out perfectly. I was deciding between these and the Hestra Fall Line, but went this route due to Arcteryx great design. The insulation on these gloves isn't the best, but they are perfect for warmer days.

Good, not Great

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I sell cars in MI, winters are typically anywhere from 0-35°. I was looking for something I could handle keys, fobs, and write with while keeping hands warm and not sweaty. I tried a few others before spending the money, should have pulled the trigger on Arc’teryx first. Always top notch quality. They have good dexterity for a heavier insulated glove and I can manage doing most tasks. Not the easiest to put on and strap, but not of big concern here. I ended up using a OR merino wool liner with my Arc’teryx Venta glove over them and BAM, best of both worlds. These are my backups.
