I bought another pair because I liked the first ones. The heavier cotton is nice and still takes abuse and I liked the looseness for climbing. But what happened? I got the same size and everything fits fine except for an unsightly fold in the crotch area. I also bought the same pants with flannel for winter and they fit better. Major difference between 2017 and 2018.What happened to quality control?

I ended up returning these pants because they were a bit small for me, but I wish I could've kept them. They seemed to be made well out of quality materials. Were almost exactly the same pant as the Carhartt double front.

I bought these for work.Heavier cotton is nice takes abuse. I use them to climb in, because of their looseness I can high step into moves. The material is more abrasive resistant for off width climbing, Really enjoy these pants.I need to roll up the cuffs a little to prevent the heels from steppin on the pants.

Just ok

They do run small so size up and they are not the most comfortable work pants I have. They seem tough though and I the zipper pockets and buttons are well crafted and placed. They will get the job done just size up at one size

I originally bought these for working with the UCC on a chainsaw crew. They lasted an entire season, and soon became my go to pants for anything outside. I even loved the fit so much I wore them around town even when it was absolutely not necessary to wear work pants. I finally destroyed them climbing offwidths / chimneys in moab but I will be back soon for another pair.

I have short legs so these pants ran an inch too long. Didn't matter though because I usually roll the leg up once. Aside from the size, these are the bees knees. A little stiff at first, but once you wear them a few times they become crazy comfortable. The double panel on the thighs is awesome, helped stop a Fanno brush saw from cutting my leg. Wore these for 2 months doing heavy trail work, I still wear them in the off season.

Literally the only work pants I own. The gusseted crotch and fit of these is amazing. I am a skier, I have a big thighs and most pants just do not fit me. These do. Super tough. Tough zipper, tough pockets (thigh pocket fits a pruning shears perfectly) and tough closure system. I can actually climb in these pants. I have had 6 or so pairs of these pants and have worn out a few but only after heavy, heavy abuse. Get these, you wont regret it.

Far superior to Carhartts
- Familiarity:

These pants are great. I wore them all summer as a landscaper and they were absolutely the best choice. The fit is less baggy than Carhartts, so they didn't get in the way walking all day. The gusseted crotch makes an incredible difference when climbing or kneeling. The only thing I noticed is that they fade rather quickly, but that's fine.

- 30 and 32 waist

Initially got the 30 waist, thinking it might be snug in the waist. But it runs small and was extremely tight in the crotch area, waist size was snug but I could have lived with it. Next, I got the 32 waist. It was loose in the waist, but the rear leg cut was weird. I know the leg area was suppose to be loose, but when I looked and turned there was so much material that created this horrible flap down the backside. It sucked.

Ugh - Weird cut - wish they worked
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit:
- Runs small
I bought these last season and they have been worn once and otherwise are just folded sadly in a drawer with no use. I really like the beefy leg construction but here is the major problem: They are super baggy in the ass and legs and tight in the waist. I wear a slim cut 34/32 in khakis but these pants are constricting in the waist and baggy as hell every where else. I was lazy and waited too long to return : - ( so there they sit with no use. These pants are the "well, maybe I'll wear them someday" pants that never do. Wish I'd have returned them when I had the chance. So, if you are super narrow waisted and thick through the ass and legs, these pants might fit you. FFN

I really enjoy wearing these khakis. Some pairs I save for when everything else is dirty..I think I may just throw them away and buy more of these. Awesome pants!

Super comfy
For how burly these are, they are so comfortable. The gusset on the inseam makes a huge difference from a traditional work pant . The fabric is much more cozy as well.

...would be awesome to see on backcountry. All the positive reviews of the men's pants are true of the women's as well. They are my favorite work, climbing and just all-around pants, without a doubt.

Pretty Good
- Familiarity:

These pants feel and look really tough. The fit is just ok, I feel like there is way too much fabric in the thighs and crotch. They have been fairly durable but they are showing more wear and tear than I expected in just a few months of ownership.

Best pants I own!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
These are by far the best pair of pants that I currently own. I wear them pretty much all summer for work (building trail and backpacking) and they hold up great!. They incredibly comfortable and the fabric is very durable. The reinforced crotch and knees really do make a difference when digging in the dirt and rocks all day. They can be stiff at first, but after a few days of wear that will quickly go away. I would highly recommend these pants to anyone!

Best Pants Ever
Had these pants for a bit over a year now. Pretty much the only pants I wear now because I am either wearing these or just rocking shorts. Amazing for working in, anything from metalwork to tree climbing to trail work. Also great for hiking and climbing where you need a more rugged pant. Not exactly a light weight option but far better than jeans, dickies or similar work pants. Would and have bought them again and would recommend them to anyone. A++
