Aqua bound Sting Ray aluminum

I've put it through the wringer

I’ve put some nautical miles on this paddle over the last few years, from the coast of Maine to the Potomac, if nothing else the durability has impressed me. Breaks down to small enough and no problems with the attachment points. The aluminum means more weight and the plastic blades have some noticeable flex to them, but that all comes with the price point. If you don’t want to drop a car payment on your paddle or just need a beater to take the heat off your carbon fiber this is the one for you.

Sting Ray Series from Aqua-Bound

The Sting Ray series of kayak paddles is the best selling, most renowned family of paddles in all of kayaking. Across the board, they're the lightest paddles at their respective price points on the market. They're short on weight but not quality, as Aqua-Bound is known worldwide for their ability to injection-mold the highest quality, most durable blades. Lightweight, durable, smart, and affordable... Meet the Sting Ray series from Aqua-Bound! A product of Osceola, Wisconsin, USA.

Box o' Paddles

I've put it through the wringer

Working in Valdez AK as a sea kayak guide, we had a box of these paddles and used them for our clients. They get the paddling done well, but they stand up to anything and everything we put them through. The only losses came from boyscouts who didn't understand the concept of a high-tide line. The paddles stood up to rocks, ice, and beaches day in and day out. They are definitley not the lightweight paddle, but for durability, they take the cake.
