Game Changer
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
These goggles fit me perfectly and the fact that you can change the lenses so quickly, is truly amazing! Magna-tech is so rad and you can change lenses on the chairlift and don't even need to take off your gloves/mittens. I have a Giro helmet and these fit perfectly. Definitely not going back to another goggle. The magnetic gator also completes this set-up flawlessly.

Quick lens change!
- Familiarity:

The lens swapping is super easy with these goggles which is great for changing conditions. They also come with a second lens for low light which works pretty well but I would recommend investing in another high end lens.

LOVE the Magna-Tech!

I love the fit of these goggles. They fit my face perfectly and fit well with my Pret helmet. Changing my lens has never been so easy- These have a magnetic feature on the lens so you can quickly pop off one lens and swap with another within seconds. You don't even have to take your goggles off. It's amazing! I did run into a fogging issue after a day of catskiing and we were just standing around, waiting for the cat to pick us up. Because I was hot on the inside from an awesome run and it was cooling down outside quite a bit that afternoon, the goggles were getting foggy however, I have not had any issues with fogging WHILE skiing so, that's good.

great goggles

These are great goggles. I don't have a problem with them fogging up and the magnetic lens system makes it super easy to swap lenses. They did NOT, however, come with a case.

Great goggle, I got it for a friend and she loves it. Only down side is it doesn't fit great with a Bern helmet. Would suggest wearing with an Anon Helmet or a hat.

Great goggle; fun colors
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I purchased the digipink. This goggle fits very well and the lens change system is outrageously simple. They fit well, even on my narrow face which is amazing and do not look like giant bug eyes! The pink cobalt lens this particular one comes with is perfect for bright sunny days but does really well even on those cloudy but bright days. Obviously the pink cobalt does not do well in flat light but I have not tried the blue lagoon yet. The foam is comfortable though I cannot say how well it will hold up to use. We ski 20+ days per year so time will tell. They were compatible with my Giro helmet with no gapping. They are a bit pricey compared to similar goggles but you do get two lenses and a nice bag and hard carry case which is clutch for keeping them from damage. I have used them about 10 times and so far so good. Of note, I tried on several Giro (which were decent but not right for my face), Smith Ios (did not like the interchange system), Electric (pretty good but as they were at a store away from home with no return, I didn;t dare buy them).

100% worth every penny
- Familiarity:
- I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
My lady has been rocking these for a few seasons and the ease of switching lenses is awesome - the day can change so quickly so you can easily switch between dim light and bright. the ONLY downfall is the $$ of the replacement lenses.

I bought these as a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. She has used them a few times now, but absolutely loves them. Going from some smaller frame Male goggles to these new Anon goggles and she is hooked. Great fit to her face, she loves the unobstructed peripheral vision and amazing style! Can't go wrong! Do I know a way to a women's heart or what?

So Easy
- Familiarity:

Changing lenses has never been easier! That's what sold me on these. I wanted 1 pair that i could use for everything. They look awesome too! *props for the black panther* They do fog easily. The 1st day I wore them was a SUPER wet day. I thought maybe they were defective. 2nd time wearing they were great. Just when i'd bend down to strap in & out the steam from my jacket would fill them up. Sweet goggles! just might need to try some other alternatives for super wet days.

Comfortable and easy

While I've been wearing anon and only anon since I was 14 I can say I am a bit disappointed they haven't tried to improve their lens technology. With Oakley's Prizms and Smiths Photochamtic lenses I would just expect Anon to come out with some thing to improve natural light and up the contrast rather than giving us one dark lens and one light lens. I've broken my nose more than once so sometimes I can't breathe as easily in Smith goggles and Oakleys always tended to be a bit too wide. That being said Dang I love anon so much, I am a big sucker for how they look and feel on my face. I love how easy it is to swap out the lens by just twisting the frame because I will most likely drop these things while I'm changing them out anyways. I am super clumsy so me being able to truly avoid touching the lens is a big deal. I love the color combonations in this goggle but I am just a bit disapointed they are behind the game in the lens tech. They do look good though :) hit me up for any further advice or a free return label at brhall@backcountry.com 801.204.4660!

Anon WM1
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I have been wearing the Anon Realm's for YEARS, but when I saw a screaming deal on a pair of last year's WM1's, I had to get them and try them out. The magna-tech was a huge selling point (I'm someone who hates swapping out lenses), as was the enhanced peripheral vision from the Realms. I'd read the reviews about fogging, and was definitely worried. I live in the PNW, where warm temps and precipitation (especially the R-word) are common. And while I haven't worn these more than 5 times so far since getting them, I have worn them in 32 degree snow/ rain, colder blower snow, and have hiked a bit in them to see if I can make them fog that way. The only issue I've had is if I put them on my head (specifically just my beanie-- being put on the helmet is fine), then they start to fog. But it hasn't been terrible to the point where I can't get them unfogged, either. It's a quick shake, and they're back to being fine. So I'm pleased to say I haven't experienced the fogging issues that some other people have with these goggles. I also don't find them to be ostentatiously big (I don't feel like I have bug eyes), but they still provide good frame of vision. So far, so good! I'm super pleased.

Warm = Fog
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
The goggles are comfortable and change lenses so quickly! Most of these reviews state "OMG I'm a girl and these are so cute!" While that's true and on a cold day that's fine, if the temps come up (either ambient or from touring) get ready for some major fog! And not just "take them off and wipe them" fog, but an impossible BETWEEN the lens layers kinda fog. So there I am, quick changing lens in hand, waving it like a princess, trying to get it to air out before my next run. Ugh. Going to try storing them with some desiccant packs and hope it helps.

I had this SAME experience with these goggles. I HATE them. I live in the PNW where temps tend to be warmer and precipitation is common. I have sent two pairs of goggles back to Burton complaining about this problem and they refuse to give me a refund. It's so frustrating. What a waste of $200.

Bug eyes for days
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I'm not really a google snob... can I see when its snowing and not get snow in my eyes? Do they block some of the sun from completely blinding me? Do they reasonably stay free of fog? If yes, then I go for style. I picked these goggles because I liked the big, buggy style, reflective lenses, and minimal frames. Girls, if you snowboard and you like your googles to be as outrageous as a movie star's glasses in Beverly Hills, you've met your match. These goggles are super cute and stylish and do that whole goggle thing really well.... therefore, I'm happy!

Best lens changing system ever
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I don't know if I'll ever be able to got back to any other lens changing technology after using these. I primarily ski in the backcountry by touring or snowmobiling and am constantly changing lenses based on the weather while shooting. This system is so fast and so easy it's not even a question to change or not to change lenses. When hiking and hitting jumps and being in different snowy or rainy environments it's essential to be able to change lenses efficiently and fast. They fit perfectly and nicely with the Anon helmets as well. So fired up on this goggle! Love the graphics too! Oh and I can't forget that I kind of like to show them off. People always trip when you change your lens quick and easy. Love them!

Wanted to LOVE these
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I waited about two weeks to write a review.. The idea of these goggles are SICK.. and the look is awesome too.. however, the view out of the lenses is not what I expected, especially for the price. It seems to have some what of a glare from the outside lighting, and the peripheral vision is not what I expected either. They seem to fog up pretty easy too, but I have been wearing them on some brutally cold days. They do look awesome and are comfortable to wear. I have been wearing Oakley Crowbar's for years now, and wanted to try something different... There is nothing quite like the clarity on the Oakley goggles. One plus is the extra lense that this comes with.

Awesome that Anon made women's specific magna tech goggles. I gave my M2 away and directly bought the WM1, what a great difference in fitting! Great how perfect these goggles fit (also with my Anon Aera helmet)!

What is the difference between the WM1 and the WM1 Asian fit?
branyan_bo549054
December 28, 2015
I am a little confused about the difference between the women's and men's Anon goggles. I have a large head (hat size 7 5/8 ) and can not figure out if I should get women's designed goggles or men's. I am done with struggling to change my smith optic lenses. I also want the face mask option - what do you suggest?

December 28, 2015
Beth, The women's version is little smaller. So, if you find women's goggles don't fit you as well, go for the men's ! My head is far from petite. Men's goggles fit me just fine, but ladies goggles do make me look more lady-like. More questions? Just call or email me, directly.

How many lenses does this goggle come with? I understand that it comes with the greybird lens, but is that the one pictured on the goggles? If not, what kind of lens comes on the goggles, and what kind of lens is the extra lens?

Looks like the greybird spare lens is always going to be Blue Lagoon. The description for each available color tells you the frame color + lens color. Pictures show primary lens color. You get two lenses total. *Looks like "Australis" is missing lens color in the description - that one comes with Blue Cobalt as the primary lens.

Do the pairs on sale still come with a Bluebird and a Graybird lens or just the lens pictured? Do they come with the hardcase?

Which goggles did you end up with on the super wet days? My goggles fog quite a bit on the snowy days and perform great on bluebird days. I’m pretty sure it’s because I need a more snug Asian fit but curious if you found a better goggle for those snowier days.
