For kids who are addicted to action.

It's a lot easier to get your kids hooked on shredding when they can see clearly and feel warm. The Anon Kids' Relapse Jr. Goggles offers the same premium optics and high-tech features as its adult-sized counterpart, and an integrated facemask fights off frostbite.

MFI technology features a moisture-wicking facemask that magnetically attaches to the goggles for seamless protection from wind, snow, and cold. This means no more bunching under goggles or exposed skin, and the facemask has vent holes to prevent warm breath from fogging the lens up. ICT anti-fog tech and full perimeter channel venting also do their share to keep the lens clear. The Relapse is also helmet- and eyeglass-compatible so it works for everyone, and an included microfiber pouch offers a convenient storage space to keeps the lens from getting scratched in your kid's backpack.

    Good idea, poorly executed

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

Dividing my review into two parts:

    (1) The Googles - great goggles, they're well made and protect little eyes from whatever the mountain throws at them. Five Stars!
    (2) The Face Mask - I would not buy these goggles for the face mask. It's a great idea, however, the design just doesn't work. The mask has a wire frame shaped like the bridge of your nose that clips to the goggles with a magnet. The magnet isn't strong enough to hold the mask up under normal conditions, let alone "kids who are addicted to action". Making matters worse, the metal wire frame then pulls the mask down around their neck leaving it to collect snow, snot and whatever else falls from above. So you are left with a heavy, wet, gross ring of cloth around their necks that does nothing to protect them (cold faces). We are two trips into the season and these face masks have gone in the trash.

Bottom Line - if the face mask is what is attracting you to this product you will be disappointed, otherwise, great goggles!

    Kids love it

I have a 6 y/o and almost 5 y/o who I got these for. They absolutely love them. Skiing all season with them in single digit weather with no complaints of cold. Never have had to adjust them on the slope nor have I seen any fogging. Expensive for kids goggles but they are top notch and do include the neck gaiter.

    Unanswered Question

my 11 year old has had these the past two seasons and needs to replace them for next season, would you replace with the relapse junior or move onto an adult goggle like the Deringer?

Do all of these come with the facemask, or just select styles?
