Prime MIPS Helmet
Once you're ready to rip all over the mountain make sure you turn to the Anon Prime MIPS Helmet for the protection your precious noggin deserves. Equipped with MIPS technology (Multi-directional Impact Protection System), this helmet offers advanced defense against angled impacts by allowing the helmet to slide relative to your head, which means the Prime ultimately safeguards your brain against rotational trauma when you take a nasty spill. A Fidlock chin buckle gets you locked in safely and quickly, while an expedition fleece liner wraps your head in cozy comfort on chilly days.
Additionally, the 360-degree Boa Fit system delivers easy, on-the-fly micro adjustments with the simple turn of a dial for a precise, comfortable fit. Meanwhile, the Active Ventilation system offers personalized control over 23 individual vents for adaptive breathability and comfort, depending on the weather. And if something really goes wrong on the mountain, Anon outfitted this year's edition of the Prime with an ICEdot Emergency ID platform that stores your emergency contact and medical information, ensuring that first responders receive the critical data they need in case you're unable to provide them with it.

Comfortable and stylish
- I've used it several times
- True to size
I absolutely love this helmet. This has an extremely comfortable and adjustable fit. I love how I can open and close the vents depending on how hot or cold I am. I mainly use this in the resort and touring and love it for both. I personally like riding with the ear flaps off in the backcountry. This helmet allows me to take off the ear flaps for backcountry riding and put them back on when I need the warmth inbounds. My Spy optic googles fit perfectly with the helmet, and I don't see any issues with fit on most goggles.

- I've put it through the wringer
this helmet is awesome! it looks great. feels sturdy and comfortable. I wear a Pair of Anon M3's with the face mask and its a killer pair. the goggles fit perfectly and the mask covers everything else exposed.

Looks Great, Feels Just a Bit Weird
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
For starters, this helmet looks great. I like the little bit of a brim that it has. It is right in between most helmets I think. Not too pronounced, but it's still there. I was worries about not using Anon goggles with it, but my Smith I/O's match up perfectly. Another positive is that is extremely well ventilated! On those colder days you can close off those vents very easily, though. You just slide back the little knob on top of the helmet. The Fidlock Snap is super nice as well. Its a magnetic buckle that snaps right into, so it really helps out with fastening the chinstrap when you have gloves or mittens on. My only complaint is that I can feel a couple of the MIPS fastening point pressing into the back of my head. I can't actually feel the MIPS liner, since it is super thin. I can feel a couple of the point that fasten the liner to the helmet, though. They press against the back of my head in a couple places. I think this will get less noticeable as I wear the helmet, so I'm going to hold onto the helmet. It is not really even uncomfortable enough to warrant exchanging it. My only other complaint is that the goggle strap securing deal on the back of the helmet is just a stiff piece of plastic, not a rubber strap like I've used before. It doesn't do the job as well as a rubber strap, but really the goggle strap itself sticks to the helmet well enough to keep from worrying about them falling off the helmet. Another thing that some may see as a disadvantage is the earpads are not removable. This is not an issue for me, but I can see how that would be a nice feature for most folks. All in all I think this will be a great helmet for this season! If I find anything that changes my mind I'll come back and leave another comment.

Does Anon Prime MIPS helmet have speaker slots in the earpieces? I have speakers similar to the link below that I currently use with my talan helmet. https://www.backcountry.com/outdoor-tech-chips-wired-bluetooth-helmet-audio?CMP_SKU=OTC000J&MER=0406&skid=OTC000J-BK-ONESIZ&mr:trackingCode=A1B334A8-DB5A-E411-B200-BC305BF82376&mr:referralID=NA&mr:device=c&mr:adType=plaonline&CMP_ID=PLA_GOc001&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=PLA&k_clickid=1bb1fe55-ab08-4cdd-b1c4-552b68af5736&rmatt=tsid:1042790|cid:213418117|agid:13362837517|tid:aud-193378327477:pla-385527176292|crid:92885920357|nw:g|rnd:13332805692771278475|dvc:c|adp:1o3|mt:|loc:9003454&gclid=Cj0KCQiAjO_QBRC4ARIsAD2FsXNARSfIkY6xotLjEEeIIRIbNdnOWDu2M965b5nVvRgn0JDu73A3gokaAsheEALw_wcB
