I got the Sonar Infrared lens for less sunny days and so far they are great! Very clear to see through and overall a great lens.

If you are a mega sender, do not get these goggles or lenses. They will fall off in the pow and you will never be able to find them. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Terrible for the ultra mega senders. 10/10 do not recommend if you are a sender.

May have just gotten a dud
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
This lens is great for low light/flat light conditions and night ski. Its a very clear lens. My issue is that after using it in truly cold weather (-14F) just one time, the middle space froze (space between the two lenses). This should never happen as the reason for a dual lens is to prevent icing in extreme cold... This was completely blinding and I had to warm the lens up in the lodge just to get down the slopes safely. Thankfully I bought this lens as a spare, so I was able to just switch back to my original (sonar red) lens.

I had the same issue in a snow storm at Winter Park. I want to love Anon M2 but my pair fogged terribly. Both lenses! Totally unsafe. I took them to the Burton store at WP and the manager was sympathetic c and said he'd seen this happen a lot, but he could not help me because I didn't buy them from his store. I bought another pair regardless and am hoping for a better result...

Works as Advertised
Needed lens for flat light, cloudy days. Sonar Blue was recommended and it works very well. By far, my favorite googles, EVER.

Got Options?
Got my M2's back in 2016 and love how anon is still showing support and producing lenses. I got a clear pair for night riding and a smoked out for blue bird skies. Thanks Backcountry!

Great Option Lens!
I really wish the goggles would come with a secondary low-light lens, but buying it separately is not the end of the world. Overall these have been great and fit perfectly on the goggle with an easy transition back and forth.

The dark lens is great for bright sunny days, and it's super easy to switch lenses on the fly. I've had no issues with fogging.

Horrendous fogging with Amber lens
I purchased the amber lens. After almost a year of use, here's my experience. Fogging is horrendous. I've used it with and without face mask and have fogged. I was using with the Anon Blitz helmet and was told by a Soho Burton rep they're not compatible because the lid on helmet blocks airflow so basically hot air gets trapped in goggles and fogs up lens. Bought the Anon Rodan helmet at their recommendation and still fogs. Very frustrating. The fogging starts at top center of lens and then spreads quickly. When you remove the lens, the top part of lens is practically soaked as are the air vents at top of the goggles. This is the reason I gave it one star. It doesn't function and the lens is advertised as anti fogging, which is misleading and not true. If there are small print disclaimers, they were not made up front. 2. When putting goggles from helmet to face, the lens tends to pop off due to the magnetic connection so you have to put both hands on the lens to prevent lens from popping off. The lens pops off when pulling goggles over the lid of the helmet. Maybe I got a bad batch, but basically I'm out $75 for this lens.
