Ultra-grippy MaxTrac rubber on the outsole, along with a redesigned lug pattern, makes for uncompromising traction on loose, changing trails, while a protective underfoot rock plate keeps you guarded from sharp rocks and roots. A hook-and-loop attachment tab works with compatible ankle gaiters to keep trail debris from sneaking in your shoe. Plus, Altra's foot-forward design features a Zero Drop platform for a healthy stride, and a Footshape toe box to let your toes splay out naturally for better control on the trail.
