Works great, a little sweaty

Familiarity:: I've used it several times

I am a big fan of Altras in general and living in the PNW it's wonderful having a waterproof shoe. I wear these often day to day as well and they keep my feet fairly warm in the drizzle. On regular days my feet do get a bit hot/sweaty in these but I would expect that from a waterproof shoe. They are sized a bit smaller than other Altras I've owned, but I didn't need to change my normal sizing. I wear a size 42 euro in both mens and women's and they fit great.
