Great place to relax

I've used it several times

This is a super comfortable chair. It is not as compact as others, but it folds flat and is great for car camping. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Most comfortable chair EVER!!

The Alps Mountaineering Lay Z Lounger Camp Chair is kind of life changing. It is SO comfortable. It's perfect for sitting, and the recline feature makes it amazing for napping. I bought two and set them up in my living room. The chairs are relatively heavy compared to camp chairs. They fold down to be quite flat, but with a large cross section. They fit no problem into the back of my van, but could be an issue for a small car.

Wow

These are the most comfortable chairs. I'm sitting in one as I write this. Very well worth the money. If you like things on the luxury side, these are the chairs for you.

Great for truck Camping

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Super comfy and easy to get in and out of. I wouldn't want to carry it very far, but off the truck and next to a campfire and you're set to take a nap. Snagging it on discount helped too, as I think 90 bucks is about the max I'd pay for it. One thing it's missing is a cup holder, but the kickstand side tables will work fine for that.

Lay Z Lounger, name says it all

The Lounger is Clearly very comfortable. After a long hike, it is hard to get out of it. It is Heavy. Tubing is steel, so you won't be able to break it. and you don't have to worry about it blowing away from your campsite.

Great for the patio or the campsite

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Though a little on the heavy side these do make a great chair to bring car camping. They have an option to lock out the recliner different positions meaning you can find the perfect spot. Super comfortable and very hard not to nap in.

Lay-Z Lounger

I bought this because of prior experience with Alps Mountaineering products and service. They are above and beyond other manufactures of camp chairs. This is a very comfortable lounger and extremely well made. I would highly recommend it for any one looking for this kind of chair.

Very Comfortable Chair

Very comfortable chair if you're willing to pack this bulky and heavy chair. Built sturdy.

I own 2 Alps lounger/kickback chairs, both of which need new elastic lashings. Where do I purchase this elastic line? Tx

Give ALPS Mountaineering a call @ 800-344-2577. The elastic fatiguing is a pretty common wear-and-tear thing, so I'm sure they can get you taken care of easily.
