What sets the Koda apart from the Taurus is its half mesh walls that ensure you and your two tent mates keep comfortable through muggy summer nights while the full-coverage fly keeps everyone protected from late spring rain showers. To further enhance weather protection, ALPS coated and factory seam sealed the fly and floor and added waterproof fly buckles to help keep you, your friends, and your gear dry. The lightweight poles, quick assembly, and roomy vestibules make the tent an easy choice when you arrive at the campsite after the sun sets.

Great quality & features for the price

I’ve only slept in it two nights so far, in nice weather without the rain fly. Good quality poles, lots of mesh for good ventilation, especially when you have two doors. The rain fly is nice and you have two decent vestibules for gear. Very easy to set up with the clips. I will feel confident using this on my trip to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness later this year. Nice design, and the 3 person tent will be very comfortable for 2 campers. (Note: getting some condensation or dew on one’s sleeping bag happens under certain weather/temp conditions, and does NOT = a “leaking tent”, LOL)

Terrible leaks

Bought several of these for a family reunion trip. The ground was moist but not damp and we all woke to wet sleeping bags. We tried to air out the moisture but there was too much so we had to use up all of our paper towels to wipe them down. They also don't ventilate well. The walls got all drippy wet too. We ended up leaving a day early because then it got cold and unbearable!
