Table is nice. I ordered two based on reviews stating printed checker board on top and checkers included in theirs, one to keep and on to share. Very disappointing!! Mine have neither!,

      Great Game Table

I got this just to use at home because I don’t even camp. It’s a good little table. Very light and I love the shelf with the cup holders. Granted the top isn’t that solid due to the way it collapses. But it’s good enough for card games, and the straps on the corners help keep it taut. All in all a decent table. But depending on how big your group is or exactly what you’re intending to use it for... it might not be the best choice. It does come with checker pieces which I was unaware of beforehand. So that’s a nice bonus

        Handy Camping Essential

        • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

You might be thinking that you don't need a side table with a checker board top while you're camping, but you're wrong, you do. It's nice to have a place to stash your drink and plate while you're busy roasting the perfect marshmallow. You won't regret lugging it with you on your next car camping trip.

        Does the job perfectly

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This is a ultra portable canvas table...if you want it to be anything else you might be disappointed. But if you're looking for convenient and compact table to bust out to hold food, drinks, and cards this thing is awesome.

        Great table!

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Love this table for camping, it packs to the same size as a typical camp chair, so we just bring it along with our chairs for car camping and different events. The under-shelf with the drink holders is great, leaving the tabletop open for other stuff. The stability straps make the table super sturdy. I loved that it came with checkers to play on the printed checkerboard. This is a great item, so glad I bought it!

It will be perfect for my needs

Think of this table as something to accompany those folding chairs you'd take to go watch fireworks. They are cheap, work well when they aren't broken and are decently comfy.
This table falls in the same category. You can use this table as a place to set your dinner down on but I wouldn't try to cut a steak on it.
Its cheap and I have a place where I can lounge around it with friends. A solid four star product, I would buy it again.
If you are looking for something more sturdy and still is packable look into the Alps Mountaineering Square Dining Table...More for cooking, less for lounging.

My husband and I play a lot of board games so I thought this would be a fun purchase and it was! It does sink down a little in the middle but you can still play most anything on it without a problem, the cup holders are awesome and we even use them to keep our chips and other game pieces in during the game :)

        Um. Wow.

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I may not have had a piece of gear that does its job better than this table. Quick setup, quick breakdown, and stable surface. The second deck for cup holders was a stroke of genius. The buckle-strap tensioners don't rank far behind. Look at what other tables cost and what you get for that money; to my mind this may be one of the best values available in outdoor equipment.

        Not Durable

        • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

The plastic that the straps secure to and tighten from bent inward when opening up in my house for the first time. The Table in concave not adequate for holding much weight. Cheap price, cheap quality.

        great table

this table is great for the bug room on camp outs with the family.
the kids love the checkers board and the table holds drinks too.
sturdiness is not an issue with this table.

        Highly funcitonal

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I love the two levels of this table. The lower level holds your drinks and whatever else your creative mind can think of. It is also nice and sturdy, which was something I was a little concerned about when I first bought it. But the table holds up great under the weight of our 4-person dinner, or our full cooler in the morning. And it is super easy to set up!

people always end up around the table

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

My counterpart recently purchased two zero gravity chairs to add to our camping collection--to my dismay there was no place to set my drink whilst relaxing, and lets be honest, how relaxed can you actually be without somewhere to rest your beverage? You can imagine my excitement when I saw that this item existed. It has four cup holders, and I only needed two. WINNING. Also, nothing pleases me more than a good game of...anything really, which this really helps out with. Not exactly ideal for what we were playing in this picture, but that's mostly because I didn't mess with the straps on the side as much as I could have to make that a more solid, flat surface.

        Great Table!

Super stable and easy to set up. Perfect for BLM camping where there isn't a picnic table already there. Packs down to the size of a camp chair, cinched tight. I wouldn't cook or put hot things on it though.

          Great Table!

          Longevity questionable

          • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've had this for two years, but really have only taken it out a handful of times. When packing it up after this past weekend camping, the plastic casing that holds in the top of the legs was cracked, which leads to instability. Is there any recourse with the manufacturer, or a replacement part I can purchase? It is a very useful table, but I am wondering whether the ability to tighten the straps put too much stress on the joints, causing the crack. There is unlikely another explanation for the breakage, as it was gently and rarely used...

Good game table, not perfect though.

          • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I like this table a lot. It IS great for cards and you can play checkers on it but anything heavier and the table sags a little on the sides between the legs and cinch straps. Even when the straps are pulled as tight as they will go. It definitely isn't the smooth, taut, surface in the one pictured above but it will do the trick and It will get some gaming use for sure.
