Purchased the grey sweater - has an old school look with a few modern touches. Feels lightweight and looks great. True to size. Looking forward to wearing when temperature drops.

True to size, great design, love this sweater. Has a very British military feel, especially the grey with olive patches and orange accents-- A few items to note that may help others: 1. True to size. If you look at some older reviews, they say "small" or "size up". Don't let this throw you--Alps & Meters must have listened and adjusted their sizing because Large = Large here. 2. Contrary to one of the pictures here, there are no thumb holes on the cuffs. That said... 3. The arms are plenty long, and so is the body. I'm 6'2", 35" sleeve length, 44" chest, 35" waist, and the large fits me perfectly. If there is one thing I would have preferred it would be a little more tapered athletic fit through the waist. I would not size down, as a medium would be too small through the shoulders. 4. I was a little concerned about the kangaroo pockets, that they would contribute bulk like a hooded sweatshirt. I was pleasantly surprised that the liner inside the sweater is low bulk and creates no extra bulge. It makes perfect sense, because the warm air should be trapped inside the sweater, so why would you insulate the pocket? Nice design, A&M. 5. This sweater is 80% wool, 20% nylon. This helps the sweater keep shape and lowers overall heft while keeping it comfortable across a range of temps. I could see wearing this as a layer piece or as a jacket substitute, estimate comfort at 40-70 degrees F. Not cheap, but a great old school throwback item. My new favorite.
