These bibs breathe great on the skin track, breaking trail, and the waffle fleece in the legs and butt make them awesome even without long underwear. Haven't worn them in a storm yet, but I'm sure they'll be plenty waterproof for Colorado snow. Shell material is heavy enough to make me think they'll hold up well. Not too soft not too crunchy. Just right. I'm a thinner guy and they fit great with waist and body cinches to fine tune the fit. Not too skinny, not too baggy. Finally found the bibs I was looking for, and at a much better price than some of the more popular brands.
These bibs are awesome. I haven't had them in wet conditions yet, but if they're truly 30k in waterproofing, that's gore-tex level, but the fabric isn't crunchy at all like some gore-tex is. They have areas of light insulation in the butt and legs. That combined with the shell material makes these so comfortable. Highly recommended.

These snow bibs are great. They kept me warm like a nice spring afternoon. Not to hot, not to cold, just right. The only thing missing was the iced tea.
