The Motto: Be Prepared!
I used this kit the first day I received it. I have a little Dachunds who likes to chase bees and flies and he got a hold of a bee and I ended up popping a antihistamine down that dogs throat. Worked out great the pack is not the smallest but it is condensed as small as it will get for all the things that are in it. Fits perfect in my Pyrenees pack which is the Ruffwear Pallisade. But great thing to have and really does give you a piece of mind!

Peace of mind.
- I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
I love the dog first aid kit, I am always overly worried when I go on long hikes with my dog and if something happen to him. Luckily, I haven’t had the need to use it yet, but it’s comforting to know that I’m prepared if anything happens. The manual was very useful and informational. I would recommend this to friends and family who has furry loves one.

Fine kit but unnecessarily pricy
Everything is as described, but there's no need to spend $25 on a kit like this. All the supplies and ointments are the same things we use in "human" first aid kits, and you can put one together yourself that includes more of the necessities and less of the bulky case with just a few bucks and things you probably already have in your medicine cabinet at home.

Good Little Kit
This first aid kit covers a lot of bases in a fairly small package. It isn't as a small as I'd like but I guess that's fair given all of the implements included. It fits under my car seat & in my pack pretty well & gives me peace of mind, but I hope I never need it.

As the other review stated, has everything you need for your dog in an emergency.

If you're a dog owner, you need this
- I've used it several times
I have two dogs and this medical kit is clutch when you're out on a hike or trail run. It comes with everything you need if your dog were to get bit or hurt out in the backcountry. It's affordable and something you can keep in your car or stuff in your pack when you're out with your dogs.
