Why We Like The Adidas Terrex Free Hiker 2 GTX Hiking Shoe
The Adidas Terrex Free Hiker 2 GTX shoots for that free feeling of hiking without shoes on our feet. It's not a minimalist shoe, but it features light and flexible uppers with cushy BOOST midsoles for sneaker-like comfort when we're hiking a trail or forest service road or just walking our puppy at the local park. A bit heavy!
I don’t know if all hiking shoes are supposed to be heavy or what but this one definitely was.

Pretty excited for hiking with these shoes
I usually wear a 7 have had to go half size down to make sure it’s comfortable during rocky steep hikes to prevent foot from sliding around

What a GREAT buy!!!!

Best purchase ever! Would definitely recommend!!!!
My job consists of outdoor activities and overall being active and these are the best shoes to exist!! The first pair i bought was a bit too big for me but the second time i received them they were sooo comfortable!! Don’t hesitate on these!!

Love the ankle support!

Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great. Went up half size from my usually adidas size and fit is perfect. No blisters or discomfort after first wear (short easy hike) so glad they’ll be easy to break in.

A little tight, but otherwise good
It was a little tight and a tad ridged. Loved the gortex waterproof layer. Ended up walking through multiple unavoidable puddles on 1st wear and was grateful for this feature. Needs some breaking in, but seems like it'll be a decent hiking boot.
