I'll be the first to concede that I have a higher volume foot, but these felt too narrow to be at all comfortable. After walking in them for some time, the front edge of the strap started to dig on the skin at the top of my foot. A little while later, I had a mark that became painful, and I've never worn them since. Maybe my opinion would be different if I had a smaller volume foot, but high volume foot people be warned.

I absolutely love these sandals. They are the perfect pair of shoes to throw on after yoga, errands around town and even after mountain biking with socks on. Even though these are technically a Men's style I bought the M's size 7 and they fit my W's size 8 feet perfectly! Highly recommend for both guys and ladies!
