    Front-to-back efficiency.

If you're the kind of rider that shimmies around on the saddle a great deal, the WTB Volt Pro Saddle might be your ticket to comfort. When you find yourself riding off the back of the saddle, the Volt features a raised 'whale' tail that tilts your pelvis forward and leverages pedaling efforts with greater efficiency. As you slowly migrate forward in preparation for a difficult climb, the front of the Volt offers greater support while you hammer. This versatility, as well as the center "Love Channel" and efficient but flexible Flex-Tuned Shell, makes it a solid choice for road and trail enthusiasts.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Upgraded to this after I bent the rails on my stock saddle and immediately found it to be very comfortable. While it doesn't have as much cushion as the base model it conforms to my buddy very nicely. The firmer seat also makes me feel faster somehow. I can't say for sure that's a real thing but it still feels good. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new saddle.

    Saddle Up

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This saddle came factory on my Intense Carbine 275. After I broke the rails on the first one, (ditched the bike, not the seat's fault) I bought this one. Solid Seat that'll take abuse and keep hanging on.

A small slice of butt heaven

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Replaced my OE volt comp 135 on my Santa Cruz for a Volt Pro 150 and it was love at first sit. It saves my tail and while shaving about 60 grams while even being 2 sizes larger. Climbing fire roads, if I closed my eyes I could almost imagine I was on a beach cruiser. Supa Noice

Pretty, Light, and fits my Bum!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Saddles are definitely based on personal preference, but the WTB saddles are worth looking at. Lots of different shapes and higher price tiers get lighter and lighter. Pro is a great level to look at.

Let me know if you need help finding a saddle!

    Priced right

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I chose the WTB Volt Pro saddle for my Santa Cruz 5010. It has treated my rear real nice. I went with the 135mm. 5’6” 160lbs. Nice ass. If your wanting to cut more grams you are going to spend more money. Give me a shout if you want to talk shop.

Hands Down One of My Favorites Ever

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Hands down one of my favorite saddles ever; and I have had a lot over the years. I log in a lot of miles a year and have has this saddle on several bike in the past 3 years.

    Seems to work great

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I put this saddle on my bike back in May and have been riding it all summer without issue. I picked this out of the ocean of saddles because it seemed to be a very good combination of reasonable price, light weight, and reputable brand/quality. I stand by my choice and would gladly buy it again. I wouldn't say it's a game changer, but it is equally comfortable to all of the other comparable saddles I have had. I generally ride 10-25 miles per day and even on my longer rides the saddle never presented any issues. Of course pairing with a good chamois is a crucial part of that equation... but still good.

    Its Purdy and lite!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've rocked WTB saddles for quite some time and have always been happy w/ how they treat the Boyz! This one is to replace the crapper that came w/ my bike build. It is lite weight and steamline and appears to be quite durable. I'm sure I will be happy w/ it like all the ones in the past. WTB makes good saddles. Sure you can go blow another $100-150 to save 20 grams but? I't has a variety of sizes, good padding in the right places, and keeps the blood flowing for hours of riding. Me likey!
