The jacket's shell and lining are also completely recycled, and they have DWR treatments to shed raindrops and snowflakes. Perfect for chilly Fall days

    • Height: 5'4"
    • Weight: 130lbs

I love this jacket, and I have worn it almost everyday since I bought it. I got the dark hunter green color, and it looks great with jeans or leggings. Long enough to color most of my bum, and warm enough to not need a sweater layer underneath.

    Mom Loves it

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
    • Fit: True to size

My mom had been searching for a light weight down jacket, when I found this I knew it was exactly what she was looking for. Its not bulky but still so warm. Definitely one of her new favorite jackets!

    Versatile Jacket

I bought this as a gift. I was surprised at how thin the jacket is, and then equally surprised how warm it actually is. It’s super lightweight and feels very comfortable to wear. Also works great for hiking or chilly bike rides. Fits true to size. Only downfall is it has no zippered pockets. If you’re looking for a comfortable, great quality, versatile, lightweight but still warm jacket, this is a great option!

      Great jacket but puffy arms

      • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: Small
      • Height: 5'6"
      • Weight: 130lbs

This product is what I'd expect as far as Patagonia quality (great). The body has a trim fit, but still allowed for movement across shoulders and chest. My only issue is with the sleeves: there is a ton of extra material around the wrists and forearm...very boxy, as if you were expected to pull the cuff over a large mitten. As I intended this to be a transitional/layering piece, the arms just don't work, so I returned.

      Worth the price

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs large
      • Size Bought: Small
      • Height: 5'6"
      • Weight: 130lbs

I should start by saying I don't think you can ever go wrong with a Patagonia product. I've had some of their products for going on 10 years now and they are still in flawless condition! So if it's a matter of price, if you intend to use and keep the item, it's always worth the price. I bought this jacket because I travel a lot and I'm always cold. This jacket is very warm despite if feeling paper thin, and also super lightweight and compressible, so it's easy to take with you. I will say I find Patagonia to run slightly large, and sometimes I don't know whether to choose a small or xsmall. This is a tad loose if I layer over just a tee or thin first layer, but if I layer over say a long sleeve tee and then a light fleece, that bit of extra wiggle room is nice to have. It's also a perfect layer to keep you warm under a rain shell if the weather is wet. I would say absolutely buy it!

Amazing on its own or to layer

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: Small
      • Height: 5'
      • Weight: 135lbs

I wear this top almost daily. I coach in it at work and recently I used it under my shell for snowboarding when my fleece was wet and not keeping me warm. I like the got. It is a little tight in the chest ( I'm quite heavy in the chest, full D) but other than that the sleeves and length are perfect. I'm so glad I bought this!

Too Big - Not Slim Fit

      • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: S
      • Height: 5'6"

The technical details say it is slim fit so I went with the S rather than the XS I wear in Nano Puff. This fits just like the nano puff which is a regular fit. I returned because it was big. Would need XS. Standard sizing.

      down shirt

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs small
      • Size Bought: medium
      • Height: 5'0"
      • Weight: 124lbs

Everyone who has seen me wear this, which I've worn every day since it came in the mail, has wanted to know where I got it...Charlene is getting one today! Best light weight jacket I own, coming from a boiled wool world of jackets and coats.

      Perfect Coat for Every Season

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: Medium
      • Height: 5'2"
      • Weight: 135lbs

I've waited a several months to purchase this jacket because of the price, but when I saw that Backcountry was having a sale, I jumped on it. I love the weight and fit of this jacket because it light and stylish. This jacket comes with me everywhere since it can fold into it's pocket and I can store it in my purse or backpack. I opted for the medium in black because I have longer arms and wanted to layer with a hoodie for extra warmth. Virginia weather can be pretty unpredictable, so it can go to 50 degrees to 30 in just a few hours, but this jacket works wonders on days like those because it does keep me warm.
I definitely will repurchase this in years to come.

      Great Jacet!

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
      • Fit: True to size

Purchased this as a gift for my mom. The jacket is lightweight and provides plenty of warmth. The jacket is very packable which makes it great for camping and traveling. Overall its a great jacket!

My wife's do it all school jacket!

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: medium
      • Height: 5'0"
      • Weight: 115lbs

I bought this for my wife and she adores it. Unlike her other jackets and trench coats, this jacket is super lightweight and warm. When she's wearing it, she sometimes forgets she's got a jacket on. It keeps her warm, but unlike her other jackets, it doesn't make her overheat. This allows her to wear it in the classroom because often times, the classroom is very cool. This jacket is very stylish so she wears it everywhere because it's so light and comfortable. Great quality, great fit!

      Perfect lightweight jacket!

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs small
      • Size Bought: Large
      • Height: 5'11"
      • Weight: 135lbs

I love Patagonia, and the sale
Price was a great buy. I have other, heavier weight Patagonia jackets, but finding that I tend to use this one the most. It's perfect for fall. It's very thin, yet warm. The length is perfect for us tall girls, 5'11". I wish the pockets had zippers so you could actually zip your phone into the pocket, but it's ok. This will be a great jacket to layer for snow adventures. I bought the medium, my usual size for Patagonia, but the shoulders were too narrow. I exchanged for the large and it works, although the body of it is a little big for me...

      I couldn't be happier

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: XS
      • Height: 5'2"
      • Weight: 112lbs

I am 5'2" tall 112 pounds and XS fits me perfectly.
It is so lightweight, it's like wearing air. Or feathers. Or nothing at all. It'll pack up compactly- but I would just want to wear it. I'm sure I'll get plenty of people feeling it. If that interests you at all-just buy this. From Backcountry.com - duh. They have fast shipping and fantastic customer service.

      Excellent layering piece

      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: Medium
      • Height: 5'3"
      • Weight: 135lbs

Lightweight and perfect for spring as a jacket- great for layering with a vest or heavier jacket for the colder months. Easy to pack. Got it in medium, ox blood red. Love the fit and color.

You won't like it you'll love it

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

So I got this for my mother in the oxblood red and my mother doesn't stop about how beautiful the color is. Says it keeps her warm and is her go to spring jacket. Overall my mother is pleased its a good color and you have options, you can use it winter, fall or spring and still be comfortable. Patagonia is a brand you can always count on to get the most out of what you want.

      Perfect Jacket

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size

This is the perfect jacket for backpacking during spring months. Light weight, warm and packs small. Works well alone and also layers well underneath a shell.
