Flex Knee Guards

You'd rather not have to stop post-crash (or crash at all) to patch up your knees, and so agree the minds behind 7 Protection’s Flex Knee Guards, which provide flexible but highly rugged protection for enduro riders and bike-park junkies alike. The X-Profile pad isn’t a hard shell, but it offers up nearly as much protection while being way more comfortable for pedaling, and the neoprene sleeve locks everything down without cramping your climbing style. Dual hook-and-loop straps make sure the Flex doesn’t slip and slide down your legs even if you get sweaty, because knee pads at your ankles aren’t really knee pads at all.

If you're looking for a heavier knee guard for enduro or aggressive trail riding, this is a great option. The hard plastic will deflect blows to protect your knee and there's also side protection. I was especially impressed by how these stay put after a full day of riding without being uncomfortable. The velco on the top and bottom keeps them in place through the ride.

Poor Quality of stitching

I like the way this product fits (perfect) and the protection it offers - at first glance looks like a quality product, but after 4 uses (I use it for Snowboarding which is a lot less demanding that mountain biking), the stitching on the cutout (behind the knee) started unraveling (on both knee pads) where it goes through the stretchy fabric.
