Poor sleeve design

Purchased this jacket and matching pants for my 11 year old son to wear on the slopes. It's very attractive, warm, and fits well. However, the sleeves of the liner do not attach well to the sleeves of the shell, so that every time he takes the jacket off, the sleeves separate, the inner ones become inside-out and he doesn't want to wear the coat because putting it back together each time is too much effort. I really regret this purchase.
