    GLCR Ether Down Thermagraph Jacket

The GLCR Ether Down Thermagraph Jacket resides in a grey area between a fully insulated piece of outerwear and a technical shell. Built for skiing and snowboarding this jacket takes the best of both insulated and technical jackets to create a piece that controls your climate while you adventure around your local resort or backcountry.

To keep you warm but not let you overheat, the Duck Down insulation is only in strategic spots of the jacket like the chest and lower back. This allows the remainder of the jacket to function as a technical shell with its stretchy outer fabric, 20K waterproofing, and 15k breathability ratings keeping you dry and wicking away sweat for an enjoyable day spent in the outdoors.

    • Strategically insulated jacket for long cold days on hill
    • Stretchy infiDRY fabric keeps you moving freely while you slash pow
    • Down insulated areas trap heat to keep you warm but not hot
    • Mesh underarm vents dump heat on the skin track or boot pack
    • Plethora of pockets hold snacks, wallets, phones, and anything else
    • Adjustable powder skirt keeps snow out while you slash windlips
    • Waffle Knit inner mouth flap lets you hide behind your collar
    • Item #SES00D8

Love this jacket! Big upgrade from my last boarding jacket. I can wear fewer layers and I am way more comfortable. Keeps me dry and warm! The pockets are very convenient too and where they are located

    POW DAY FRIENDLY

This has been my go to jacket for resort powder days for years. Fully waterproof, great styling, awesome pockets, and its warm but not too warm! The thermagraph insulation setup does a great job at breathing so you don’t overheat when riding hard, but all the down on your core keeps those death shivers away when the cold front is rolling through. One of my previous years Ether jackets was a little tight in the arms, but this one 686 made them wider and its more comfortable.

    Ultra Warm & Super Dry!

Love this Either Jacket! It's super warm and with that 20K waterproofing its super Dry & Windproof no matter how harsh the conditions are. I ride some cold resorts and this jkt always keeps me warm and Cozy!! this is also my Go to jkt for night Riding. I like the pocket scheme too, loads of room for all your extra stuff. I use to run the Hydra jkt and loved that one too but then I upgraded to this one for the Down over the polyfill. if you get Hot easy, maybe try the hydra jkt, If I do get hot, I just open the pit vents and air out on the way down the hill.

    Down Insulation panels

The Ether Jacket lives in the GLCR collection of 686 so it features a Thermograph insulation system. What's unique about the Ether is that the insulation panels are down. The down panels are strategically placed throat the jacket to keep yo warm where you need it, but allows the jacket to remain light and mobile like a shell.
This is by far the best 686 jacket I have ever worn.
