I purchased these handlebars and the laminate started to peel. These are really expensive bars from, what I thought, was a reputable company. I called them to ask for support and they made repeated promises over a one week period to call back to discuss the issue. They don't respond.
In spite of promises for a call back on a Thursday, I did not receive a call. The next day (Friday) I was promised a call. That also didn't occur. When I called at the end of the day on Friday, I was told that a manager would call on Monday. On Monday, I received no call. On Wednesday I called 3T again. I set up a time for the manager (Dave) to call me (3:00PM eastern time). Again, nobody called.
I called again the next day and sent an email. Still no response after an entire week. I've attached a picture of the defective handlebars.
As a lifelong 3T customer who purchases your high end products, I am surprised that I am not valued.
