Fatal Flaw, pretty bummed out

Immediately upon adjusting the visor the very first time, the visor pivot broke! It now rotates somewhat freely, without catching at a few points, like visors should. I can see where the plastic piece broke, and it's strikes me as a critical design flaw. Too bad, it does look great, but the visor mount is reason enough to not get this until they figure it out.
