Why We Like The Bondi 8 Running Shoe
With an updated base, HOKA's Bondi 8 gives us that same step-in comfort and plush ride we loved from its predecessor but in a lighter, more stable package. The flared platform gives our landings a wider footprint for steady strides, while the midsole's horizontal grooves soften the blow on heel strikes, keeping our joints happy mile after mile.

These shoes are awful
Bought these a few months ago. Used them multiple times a week to coach a soccer team, but only wore them for 1-2 hours at a time. Because I have owned them since January, I figured that they would be broken in well, and did not have any problems. This week I decided to bring them to Disney for five days, and they were the worst shoes I have ever worn in Florida. My toes have the biggest blisters, and my heels and insoles are beyond sore. While waiting in lines I would have to take my foot out of my shoe to stretch it out, while also taking many breaks throughout the day because of foot pain. I have never been so hindered by a shoe on vacation. It is beyond safe to say that these shoes greatly impacted the quality of my vacation. Even though I have heard many great reviews, I never want to buy Hoka's again because of this. If you're planning on wearing these for more than 3 hours at a time, do not waste your money.

Super light & great heel cup, no slippage
These are my first pair, had been buying Vionic Walkers due to plantar fasciitis and needing the great arch support they offer. The Bondi 8's are much cuter, are light & very comfortable. I've had them & wore them pretty heavily for 6 months with no sore spots. The accent sole on bottom is coming off, isn't fully sealed anymore so time for a 2nd pair. I wish they weren't so expensive. I'd like if they had firmer arch support but between wearing these all day & my Vionic Tide Post flip flops, my feet are feeling pretty darn good.

Defective shoe
I had to send these shoes back after wearing them two times. The sole of the one shoe was shaped differently than the other shoe. Second pair of Hoka shoes I've had to send back!

Absolutely love my Hoka shoes
This is the third pair that I own . Two are sneakers , the other one is a hiking boot. I don't buy any other brands. Hoka is the best.

Comfortable shoes. I've enjoyed them.
I walk in these shoes. I have no fat pad on the bottom of my feet, and these have helped considerably.

Would not buy again
I do a lot of walking daily on treadmill and manual. I did not find these sneakers very comfortable. Did not provide enough support. Was very disappointed.

Boats? Clown shoes? Defective either way
Even my seven year old immediately commented on how oddly big these shoes looked. Even with correct sizing. Defective in that the fabric on top was pulled away from the outsole. For almost $200 this was unacceptable to me. The blue color was beautiful, but that was the only standout for me. Immediately returned.

Disappointed
I have been wear my new shoes for less than a month and am sad to say they are causing a great deal of foot pain due to what I believe is a defective pair of very expensive shoes!☹️

Very comfortable!
These shoes are very comfortable for long walks. My orthotics fit perfectly in the shoes making it very supportive for my feet. I would recommend these shoes for anyone who has to be on their feet for long periods of time.
