Helmet lifters, air intake boosters, and the world's first photochromatic and polarized lens helped the Zeal Optics Link PPX Goggles win Skiing Magazine's award for best helmet use. The Link Goggle's lifters create a gapless fit with a helmet, while its air intake boosters work with Zeal's lens treatment to provide fogless vision. These limited edition goggles feature a ZB13 PPX Photo-Polar lens. The PPX Photo-Polar is both photochromatic and polarized, which means it changes from dark to light (or vise versa) depending on changing light conditions AND it eliminates annoying glare. Now that just isn't fair. Zeal Optics ensures these puppies are around for the long haul by making the Link's parts module (meaning each part is replaceable).

Bottom Line: Experience the incredible on-mountain clarity and gapless fit of the Zeal Optics Link PPX Goggles.

Best Goggles EVER!!!

Just like the transition lenses they make for seeing eye glasses, these truly are photochromatic. They work great for all conditions... nightskiing, bluebird, whiteout, foggy, cloudy, sunny, everything... My last googles were interchangeable lenses between dark, orange, and clear. It was a PITA to keep changing them out, especially with cold finger tips. But with these googles, I don't have to fumble around with different lenses, carry them in my pocket, or keep changing them on partly cloudy days... one lense and it changes according to conditions. They adjust from from sun to shade, and shade to sun from behind the shadow of the mountain or for partly cloudy days no problem. The rose colored tint was a little weird for me at first, but you get used to that quickly.

Good in the dark and light

These goggles work for me in the morning before sun-up (riding an atv to work in sub-zero temps)and keep the snow-glare at bay in bright light. They don't seem to fog and fit my large face. No complaints here.

If you have smaller frames-maybe. Zeal's OTG (over the glass) model is the Rapt. The Eclipse also works pretty well for smaller framed glasses.

LINK PPX

The goggles are excellent in bright light. In stormy conditions, they are as good as any other goggle I've worn and don't fog.

Great goggles

Have used these for a week so far in very variable conditions from blue skies to driving sleet/ snow and at one point in the rain. They came up trumps at all times and didn't steam up once. Highly recommend.

My best goggles ever

By:

I skied with these in highly variable conditions at Whistler Dec 8-12, wearing a helmet inbounds and just a hat in backcountry touring. Very good ventilation prevented fogging up even in heavy wet snow and when digging myself out of a couple of drifts ;) Contrast in flat light was excellent. Light changes from squalls to sunny breaks to late afternoon/twilight demonstrated excellent range in light absorption by the photochromatic lens.
