The Zeal Optics Emit Polarized Sunglasses may have an oversized, wrap-around lens, but that doesn't mean you'll look like you just donned Robocop's head shield when you wear ‘em. Although these shades do give you ridiculous peripheral coverage, the Emits also have a sleek, clean-line design. Zeal Optics uses ZB-13 polarized technology which cuts glare in a broad range of light conditions. This means the Emit Sunglasses are equally useful on super sunny days and under bright white skies. Glasses offer great protection & fairly light, given the overall size. I am wider in the temples than most, so after a while they do begin to feel a little tight & peripheral vision out of the corner of the eye is hampered by the "Z".
