The Yes. Standard Wide Snowboard accommodates hard-charging riders looking to take their tricks off the biggest features in the backcountry. This wide board provides extra stability for big-booted riders looking to spin off natural features and send huge cliff drops without that pesky toe drag. Its incredibly responsive flex and CamRock profile provide powerful edge control and plentiful pop for riding the steepest lines and biggest jumps imaginable.

Basically a twin-shaped board, the Standard is what Yes. calls a Directional Volume Twin, meaning its nose packs a slightly higher volume for enhanced float in deep powder. The tail's lower volume comes from a slightly pinched-in shape, which naturally sinks the rear end to keep the nose up and planing through deep snow. Since the nose and tail have identical widths (i.e., not tapered) and lengths, the Standard rides switch amazingly well for unmatched freestyle performance.

The Standard uses BackSeat inserts that move your stance back for maximum float on those bottomless days. Using a lighter, more responsive core than just full poplar, the Poplar + Bamboo core is lightened by replacing 30% of the poplar with paulownia and bamboo stringers down the full length for added pop and response. The result is explosive snap off the lip of jumps, as well as high levels of energy transfer for responsive edge-to-edge transitions. Add in triax fiberglass for an aggressive torsional flex that's ideal for carving at high speeds and charging steeps. And because the Standard is made for riding at blistering speeds, it's equipped with a Sintered True Base that absorbs a ton of wax for maximum glide.
