they stink. more for narrow feet. not in any way, shape, fashion, or form are they comfy...after 2 minutes i walked back inside and put in my old soles..terribly disappointed..super bummed because i needed something to save my feet. meh. what can ya do? sorry if you like them, maybe i just have ogre feet or sumtin.

Depending on your ballerinas, but usually no. A ballerina is close to the foot, narrow and must flex with 100% freedom. These soles as many others are too bulky and too much shaped for that. They are working great though

If you have tender feet, neuromas, or other foot problems that make walking on hard surfaces painful, these are the insoles for you! They are "cushy" but not too "cushy" and they have excellent arch support. I have spent a fortune on footbeds and insoles over the past year or so and the Yaktrax Shock Insoles are the only ones that allow me to hike and bike in relative comfort.

Medium width fits size 7 through 8.5, so yes the should fit your size 8s

they feel good ;filled in the whole shoe perectly...the only problem is my heel is now riding higher up than it should and I got a nasty blister...this is not the first time with an insert that this has happened...not sure what I'll do except to wear a bandaid and hope they break in...
good with boots and shoes but with some room
