    Twice as nice.

Pick up the Yakima TwoTimer Hitch Rack for hassle-free loading and carrying with two bicycles weighing up to 45-pounds each. Its custom tire trays work with virtually any bike on the market, regardless of wheel size or width, even carrying wide-fender cruisers and fat bikes with massive 4.8-inch tires. Plus, you'll appreciate the rack's padded arms, which safely secure over your bikes' top tubes without scratching or chipping away paint. And when you're done riding for the day, crack open a frosty beverage with the integrated bottle opener.

This hitch-mounted bike carrier works with both 1.25- and 2-inch receivers straight from the box, securely locking to your receiver with the included SKS (Single Key System) hitch lock. And since it uses Yakima's SKS locking system, you can easily swap out the key core with sets two, four, six, eight, or ten SKS lock cores (sold separately) for one-key access to all of your Yakima racks and accessories.

Offering maximum convenience when you're road tripping and traveling, the TwoTimer Hitch Rack folds down with bikes loaded for easy-access to your vehicles' trunk or rear hatch. Moreover, you'll appreciate the rack's fold-up functionality when it's not in use, making for easier backing up and parking without worrying about clearance issues.

    Great value!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I comparison shopped much more than usual for a bike rack. There are so many more expensive options and I couldn't see why I would get those over this little Yakima. I read all of the reviews and decided to pull the trigger on this deal. Any fears I had were alleviated immediately. Easy to rack your bike - the tie downs are all super secure, intuitive to strap them on. I have no complaints.

    Amazing Bike Rack.

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Easy mount and dismount. Easy install and super easy adjustments. Use it every weekend and try new trails every time makes life so much easier for me and a friend to spend the day in the hills or mountains.

    Long Hauler

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Take more friends with you and get those bikes out of the back. This rack is light, strong, and durable. It is a snap to install and fits multiple trailer hitch receiver sizes. Will fit road and mountain tires up to 2.5 no problem. Better look elsewhere for fat tire bikes. Otherwise a good all around rack for those travelers who like to bring the bikes.

    Decent rack for occasional use

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This rack is fairly easy to use, but installation has one glaring flaw that makes it a pain: instead of a cotter pin to keep the rack in the receiver of the hitch, it uses a bolt. This means you need to tighten it with a wrench -- a tedious process if there is limited clearance and you don't have the right size ratchet wrench.

Other than that, it's fine. Note that to accommodate a fat bike you need to buy different straps, which was not clear from the product description.
