Pack up and hit the road.

You're probably pretty damn good at working with straps, duct tape, and bits of loose string to attach the family's bikes to the roof of the car, but if you're ready to go a little bit more legit, try the Yakima RidgeBack 4 Bike Rack. It comes fully assembled, so it's way easier to use than your other contraptions, and it tilts back to provide easy access to the back of your vehicle. Once you've slipped it onto your hitch, just twist the SpeedKnob to secure it and cinch your bikes down with the ZipStrips—they won't smash into each other, thanks to anti-sway cradles—and hit the dusty trail. Don't use the built-in bottle opener until you've stopped for the night, please.

    • UpperHand tilting and storage lever
    • Removable ZipStrips secure bikes to rack (extras included)
    • Tool-free SpeedKnob tightens and locks rack to car
    • Fully padded arms and anti-sway cradles
    • Bottle opener
    • Fits 1.25in and 2in hitch receivers
    • Comes fully assembled
    • Item #YAK000D
