Secure your hitch rack to your vehicle with the Yakima HitchLock. This lock includes a lock core and key, and it plugs onto your hitch pin's nub so that no one can remove the pin and take your rack. The Yakima HitchLock is Same Key System-compatible, which means you can use the same key for this lock as you do for your other Yakima SKS-compatible locks. A rubber dust cover keeps this lock out of the elements.
Bottom Line: The Yakima HitchLock helps prevent any yokels from taking your hitch rack.

If you have one of Yakima bike racks, this lock is necessary. I have a different lock and it doesn't work w/ the bolt that comes w/ the bike rack. it's a bit more than other locks, but the bolt stops the bike from wobbling.
