The Yakima DryDock is a unique Y frame hitch that creates the perfect multi-sport platform for SUV's, vans, and trucks including those with camper shells. Combine the DryDock with a pair of towers and round bars for a top-of-car system. Or add it to your truck's or van's existing rack system and gain more crossbar capability to carry those long loads. The DryDock solidly fits into a 2” receiver hitch with a threaded hitch pin, and is height adjustable to match your rooftop rack. Stabilizing straps included.

The equipment looks good but I believe that the 2" receiver is better utilized by a trailer. The drydock boat hitch would be more practical if it could be used in conjunction with the trailer in tow. Perhaps a bumper top plate could be designed that would support the drydock boat mount on top of the truck bumper, thus leaving the 2"reciever free to tow anything else.
