New UltraStretch neoprene uses softer foam for improved stretch and footie-pajama-like comfort, and a tighter weave textile that absorbs less water, boosting warmth and durability, and shortening drying time. Recycled polyester fibers make up the lightweight Quick Dry lining—good for your core heat and for the planet. Texture embossed rubber panels on the chest and back trap heat otherwise lost and block wind, water, and BBQ sauce stains.

The original front entry system, the X1 chest zip, offers a full over-the-head zipper flap that opens to the extra wide Crossover Neck entry for a sweat-free on/off. All of the seams are glued and blindstitched, fully sealing the suit and offering the maximum amount of stretch. With over 30 measurement points and precision seam placement, the Axis X1 provides an unmatched fit and flex for better surfing and longer sessions.
