there is a front zipper, and yes its like a wetsuit you put it on by slipping in thru the top, where there are two zippers one on each side of your collarbone.

theoretically, yes. However, there may be some anatomical constraints to wearing this for a woman. It is definitely cut to fit Men.

actually its snaggy material- i wouldnt want to use it for what i did buy it for... which was adventure racing.. this is now my overpriced get out of bed in the wintertime running suit.

you have to take it off/pull it down to the knees, otherwise you're gonna be really stinky and messy.

I am no pro., I just watched a show on the sports science show that showed how the X Bionic clothes work. It appears that if you wear this in the summer, it will actually keep your body cooler and allow you to preform better.
