Wildwasser Guardian Light - 2007 BCS

I like these thingamabobs. You can put them on your boat your shirt, tape them to your forehead to let people know you're coming their way.

The steady white and the flashing red Guardian lights on my kayak get me noticed. They have their strongest intensity when viewed from above, but still put out bright light & make the Pelican Mini Flasher LED Light (for about the same $) look tired, weak & Micro. Re-orienting the lights would take little modification. Simple operation. Reliable light. Reliable safety.

Little in size, but seriously can be seen for over a mile. This little light of mine does shine, shine, shine. I use it on my sea kayaks when the weather turns or on my road bike if I don't make it home before the sun goes down. Either way, I take them with me to keep me safe so others who may or may not see "me" but they definitely see the light.

Great for kayaks. Bright though I wish some technology could have been used to switch modes (blink/steady) beyond the battery flipping. On the other hand,once you determine you want a steady or blinking light, you won't likely have cause to change it.
