Lots of pant at a low price.

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Size Bought:
Xl
Height:
5' 11"
Weight:
220

Bought these in conjunction with The North Face Summit Series $1k pants. Considering the price difference, these pants are SWEET. Both are 1000 fill. The WM pant are designed to a lighter overall weight. Size was true. Zippers work very well. Wear patches are nicely placed. Pants are ergonomically excellent. Easy tighten waist. This pair will be my goto cold weather pant to a point. The North Face Summit pants will take over where the WM pants leave off.

Always in my winter pack

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Height:
6' 2"
Weight:

The keep you warm while stationary, at camp, resting etc. The zippers go down the entire length of the leg meaning you can basically "butterfly" them and then reassemble them over your legs so you do not need to remove your trousers. If conditions get freezing you can have them on in minutes and no need to remove your gloves. They are always in my pack now whenever I go on winter hikes as they compress down to nothing and weigh like air. One issue though, or perhaps a warning. I put these on the other day on the summit as it was -10. I had crampon on and decided to move down the hill before taking them off. The crampons ripped a hole the second they came into contact with the fabric. I guess some studier fabric on the inside cuff would have been a nice touch, but then again it would have added to the weight. I put the cuffs over boots, with a bib gaiter and did not find the cuffs too tight which other reviewers have raised as an issue. Perhaps this bug was fixed.
