This paddle feels solid in your hands. A well constructed kevlar/fiberglass, medium weight paddle with a fully adjustable feather. The fine 'tune' 15 degree adjustable increments put the blade angles exactly where you want them. I hate fixed position blades which are locked in at 60 degrees causing a cramp in my wrests. The joining connection is reinforced with a foam/rubber compound that makes the unit feel firm and solid to the grip.

I bought this as a replacement for an aluminum shaft paddle that came with my kayak. The skagit is a 100x better. It's a lot lighter and it doesn't have any flutter at all.
