Description

Smooth, responsive paddle for your next river trip or day in the playboat.

If running rivers and ripping up a wave or two gets you super-stoked, try the Werner Sherpa Carbon Paddle. The mid-sized, evenly-balanced blades create a clean catch that's powerful and smooth throughout the entire stroke, and the bent shaft naturally aligns your wrists to reduce fatigue as you take on uncharted narrows on the river.

  • Quality carbon weave materials provide a lightweight, super-strong, and durable paddle
  • Slight dihedral design offers the right combination for both smooth maneuvering strokes and a powerful forward stroke
  • Mid-sized blade is evenly balanced so the catch is clean, immediately powerful, and smooth throughout the entire stroke
  • Mid-size blade also fits the widest range of kayakers
  • Neutral bent shaft naturally aligns wrists to reduce fatigue, supplies more hand-to-shaft contact for increased control, provides immediate comfort and reduced strain with lighter grip, and is balanced for precise control and comfort
  • Standard shaft fits hands that are 6.5in and larger

Beware - 30 degrees

This is a nice paddle - light well-crafted but no where did it say that the blades are only offset 30 degrees rather than 45.

is this paddle 30 degree also? thanks

Responded on

Feathering of our inventory seems to only be the 30 degree option even though there seems to be a 45 degree variant as well in production.
