It should be pretty obvious why Watershed calls it the Colorado.

Whether you're trying to keep water away from your dry gear or hoping to keep all of your wet gear separate from the dry goods, the Watershed Colorado Dry Bag is the right choice. Welded seams totally eliminate water seepage while a 'zipper-less' ZipDry Seal provides a water-tight seal at the incredibly wide opening.

Our river guide was definitely jealous!

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Absolutely the best product we bought for our river trip other than the Yeti Cooler!

The way that the large bags were accessible through the top instead of having to empty everything out to get to items was key! Other bags that we've used have made it so we have to load things and unload them in the order we might need them. With access to the whole bag from the top, it was a breeze to get to what we needed. They made packing up and getting down the river in the morning such an easy task!

I would recommend these bags to anyone.

THE Bag for PRO river guides.

The Colorado WATERSHED and an ammo can is all a guide who does multi-day trips needs (or is allowed).

looks good

Looks like quality construction. We submerged it to make sure it didnt leak, and it didnt. Havent put it through any hard use, as we bought it for hurricane go bag use.

Top Quality Bag

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Overall quality of this bag is top notch. I only had this bag in a few rain showers over a recent 10 day trip, everything inside was perfectly dry as expected, and I am confident it would stay dry in much tougher conditions. Other people on the trip were using less expensive dry bags with zippers that they were complaining about and were admiring this bag. I have no doubt the Watershed bag will last much longer than other less expensive options out there. Very happy with the purchase.

Best drybag on the market

Hands down, my favorite drybag out there. I started boating at a young age and always had a rolltop drybag. And it worked, mostly. But if it was inundated with water for lengthy periods of time, there was a good chance you would be pulling out some damp gear that evening. I then got swapped over to this bag and I will never go back. Since packing this bag, I have never come off the river pulling out wet gear. It is VERY watertight, and in my opinion, also easier to pack. I do agree that the zipper can be a little tougher in cold weather, but never to the point that it's obnoxious. I've used this bag on all my multiday trips from Ladore to the Grand, and I've told everyone along the way that they need to get one themselves!

Dryest bags on planet earth!

It took me several years to bite the bullet and lay down the $ for some Watershed bags, and when I finally did I wondered what took me so long! Unlike every other dry bag on the market, these are completely leak proof. We had a boat pinned upside down on a boulder in a rapid for 22 hours and when we finally freed it, the Watersheds were still bone dry. I'll never go back to roll top dry bags again. The zip closure can be a bit harder to use (especially in the winter) but it's worth it to keep your stuff dry. Watershed will even do repairs on your bag for you if something happens to it! Awesome! :) The Colorado is my go to size for every trip, it's big enough for a tent, sleeping bag and all my stuff.
