Description

Reach new heights.

Access runs you've only ever dreamed about with the Venture Zephyr Split Snowboard. Its poplar and ash core is lightweight for a reduced load while skinning up, and it's poppy and responsive on the way down. Karakorum hardware offers a new splitboarding experience by more firmly securing the two halves so you can drop cliffs and shred hairy lines with more confidence.

  • Flat between the bindings with early rise at the tip and tail keeps you afloat in pow, switch or regular
  • Triax glass provides torsional stiffness for edge hold and response
  • FSC-certified wood core with poplar for lightweight strength and ash reinforcements for durability
  • Quadratic sidecut distributes pressure evenly along your edge for stability
  • Slightly tapered tail and set-back stance increases float in powder
  • Sintered base is fast and durable
  • Castor bean topsheet reduces use of petroleum-based products
  • Karakoram hardware firmly secures the board halves together
  • Made in the USA using 100% wind-powered energy

Hi, it it true this zephyr had Karakoram hardware and not voile? I noticed all the other ventures have voile so I want to make sure this is true? Karakoram secures it more firmly?
Thank you,
Pascal

Super solid board for big lines. Took me a while to get used to the non-tapered shape. Doesn't turn as quick as other boards I've had but very stable at speed and on big moutain lines, I wouldn't rather ride anything else. My fave for spring and summer on the volcanos in the PNW.
Really shines on big open terrain at speed. Just eats through everything in its path, does not chatter.
